Mr. Ankit Jain is a Chartered Accountant, a fellow member of ICAI, with over 13 years of professional experience in advising domestic and international clients on audit, taxation, due diligence, and corporate law related matters. He holds a B.Com. (Hons.) degree from the University of Delhi and has also partially completed the professional stage of the Company Secretary course.

His practice encompasses direct and indirect taxation, tax planning and regulatory compliance, GST advisory and audits, transfer pricing certification, and representation before tax authorities. Mr. Jain also possesses extensive experience in financial reporting, including the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements, cash flow statements, and annual reports, as well as conducting internal, statutory, and special audits. He is known for his analytical approach, strong commercial understanding, and execution-driven advisory support.
