Mr. Yadav is an AOR with over 8 years of standing at the Bar and is based in New Delhi. He serves as Panel Counsel for the Union of India before the Supreme Court of India and regularly appears in matters of constitutional, civil, criminal, and family law.

He has appeared in more than 10 reported judgments and has been involved in several high-profile and precedent-setting matters before the Supreme Court. His notable engagements include proceedings relating to the Gyanvapi dispute at Kashi (Varanasi), Krishna Janmabhoomi dispute, Hanuman Janmabhoomi (Karnataka), petitions challenging the constitutional validity of the Waqf Act, and public interest matters concerning regulation of obscene and explicit content on OTT and social media platforms.
