Abnish Kumar is a Fellow Member of the ICSI with over 11 years of experience in corporate consultancy and secretarial practice. He is a Law and Commerce graduate from the University of Lucknow.

He advises startups, corporates, and growth-stage businesses on corporate secretarial and governance matters, corporate and commercial law advisory, RBI and FEMA compliances, regulatory support, corporate restructuring, due diligence, and ESOP structuring and implementation.

Mr. Kumar is also a visiting faculty with the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of ICSI, including its Noida and Gurgaon Chapters, and has actively contributed to various NIRC-ICSI committees.
